    I ain't messing with no cow's first stomach.. f$&! the second.. skipping the 3rd...
    But when you get around to the 4th stomach??
    I'm in.
    Exactly what I'd hoped for! And if you don't know what that is, you might want to stick to the ham. Really nice looking tripe salad, too! Next time. This time was a feeling in my gut to go get some gut.

    I ordered a panino con il lampredotto from this food cart. It was my attempt at trying some real florence street food. It was ok.... for me. The green sauce and bread was tasty but I guess I couldn't get over the texture of the cow insides :T like soft chewy and slippery haha but if you like that then you'll love this sandwich. Pretty tasty.
